The Process

Preparation

(2-4 weeks)

Step 1 - Consultation Call: A conversation to feel into whether this is a good fit, in both directions.

Step 2 - Health, History & Intentions Intake: A thorough questionnaire covering your physical health, mental health history, medications and supplements, psychedelic experience, and support systems.

Step 3 - Preparation Session: We go deeper into your intentions, walk through exactly what ceremony day will look like, and address anything that surfaced in your intake.

Step 4 - Personalized Journal Prompts: Based on our conversations, I'll send you journal prompts tailored to your intentions, giving you a way to begin the inner work before you arrive.

Ceremony

(1 day)

Step 1 - Arrival: We settle into a calm, comfortable space in Victoria, BC. Tea, grounding, and a final check-in on how you're arriving.

Step 2 - Opening the Container: We review consent and communication signals, revisit your intention, and open the space in whatever way feels aligned for you.

Step 3 - The Journey: A paced, participant-led exploration of multiple doses, with the option for a deep dive dose if and when it feels right. I hold a safe, grounded presence with thoughtfully curated music throughout. You have agency at every step.

Step 4 - Landing & Nourishment: Spacious time to return, rest, and begin making sense of what arose. We typically conclude by sharing some food before you depart.

Integration

(2-4 weeks)

Step 1 - Immediate Guidance: You depart with tailored integration guidance including how to care for your nervous system and what to expect in the days ahead.

Step 2 - First Integration Session: Typically one week after ceremony. We anchor insights, work with anything still moving through you, and begin translating the experience into practical change.

Step 3 - Second Integration Session: A few weeks later, once the experience has had time to settle. We revisit your intention, notice what has actually shifted, and identify what wants ongoing attention.

Step 4 - Continued Support: I remain reachable between and beyond sessions. If something unexpected surfaces, you won't be navigating it alone.

Inward: A Low Dose 5-MeO-DMT Sound Bath

What to expect: A unique sound bath offering with a low dose of 5-MeO-DMT in a community container. Gentler, extended snuffed experience with 5-MeO-DMT HCl.
